The service system is based on the company's commitment to offering high-quality services. We have created, expanded, and improved our service business, the largest department in OPTEC Group, and we are setting the highest quality-of-service standards.

The Department is responsible for the effective use of equipment throughout its lifecycle and keeps it in good working condition all the time.

Our customers get the first service experience from OPTEC Group when they install and put equipment in operation. After installation, engineers perform preventive maintenance required for the equipment, monitor the quality of tools and instruments on an ongoing basis, consult users and inform them about technical innovations, modifications, and potential upgrades of their equipment. The Service Department provides continuous service quality control and management.
